ACMA Product Labelling Exemption List


The Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) has introduced regulations relating to an alternative compliance arrangement.
This arrangment gives the suppliers of relevant customer cabling and connecting equipment (ie. Structured Cabling Products) an alternative to labelling with the compliance label.

DINTEK Electronic is an eligible supplier and has opted to use this alternative compliance arrangement. Please refer to the list below of DINTEK  compliant structured cabling products supplied without a compliance label in accordance with the requirements of Schedule 4 of the Telecommunications (Labelling Notice for Customer Equipment and Customer Cabling) Instrument 2015.
